As you know, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. What better way to celebrate your fandom and OTP than by getting involved in a day that celebrates love and couples?
Everyone likes being shown a little bit of love, so get involved and make someone’s Valentine’s Day a special one!
General info:
This is a Tokyo Ghoul exchange in which you will be given an assignment to create something nice for another Tumblr user in the fandom, whether it’s a bit of writing or a piece of art. People will be matched up to another user depending on answers in your sign-up form to try and let everyone enjoy the exchange as much as possible!
Timeline:
Sign-ups for the exchange are currently open. You can find the sign-up form here. Please fill it in with as much information as possible!
Deadline for sign-ups is Friday, January 23rd. After this the form will be closed off.
All assignments should be e-mailed out by Sunday 25th January.
Submissions are ideally due on February 14th or any time in the week leading up to it. You can either submit your gift directly to the blog and we will tag it accordingly or you can post it on your own blog with the tag tkgvalentine so that we can find and reblog it!
If you are running late, please send an anon message to your giftee to notify them so they won’t worry!
Please have your askbox open during this exchange so your gift-giver has the chance to contact you anonymously if they have any queries to make their gift as perfect as possible!

I occasionally order silly fandom things from Society6 (the latest being the hilarious chibis by yiji) but the shipping price always bugs me for really small items
SO I am here today to share this little way to cheat the system:
Put the item in your cart
Fill out your shipping details and make sure you include your email (the most important part)
Proceed all the way until you need to pay for the item (either credit card or Paypal)
DON’T go through with the payment, just close the window
A couple of days later you’ll get a reminder email saying you forget to complete your checkout, and they’ll entice you to do so with free shipping \o/
TADAH \o/
This works for purchasing delivered flowers, as well!
